The Nuggets conquer Detroit with a testimonial Juancho Hernangómez

Base Jamal Murray contributed 28 points for the Denver Nuggets, who beat the Detroit Pistons 84-103, who added their seventh straight loss.
With their triumph, their fifth in the last 10 games, the Nuggets (15-12) remain second in the Northwest Division, just one game away from the Minnesota Timberwolves leaders.
The reserve Trey Lyles added 20 points (with an immaculate 7 and 7 in field goals) and Wilson Chandler added 18 for the Denver team, who scored 51% (40 of 79) of their field goals.
Spanish forward Juancho Hernangómez failed to score in the three minutes he played, but he did catch a rebound and retrieved a ball.

The Pistons (14-13) made seven straight losses, the league’s longest losing streak, and remain in the penultimate place in the Central Division.
The reserve Langston Galloway had 18 goals, the Serbian giant Boban Marjanovic added 14 off the bench, and Reggie Jackson added 12 as the only player who scored double-digit.
